Custom training on demand that doesn’t end when the lesson is over

The Promaxis Training Team delivers customized one-on-one and group training in a variety of enterprise software suites, including all Microsoft products. Training can be delivered either online, on-site or through Promaxis’s own recently renovated and expanded classrooms.

Take, for example, SharePoint, a web-based collaborative platform that integrates with Microsoft Office. Organizations that deploy it typically designate an individual to serve as SharePoint Administrator, responsible to manage the content hosted on SharePoint and help expedite user adoption within an organization. They are responsible for maintaining and securing the platform, monitoring system usage to optimize performance and managing user access.

That’s a lot to take on without formal training. Glenn, who works with the RCMP, found himself in this boat after being designated SharePoint Administrator with his transfer to a new department.

“I went online and looked at many YouTube videos … and found myself more confused,” he said. “Several colleagues had taken SharePoint training at Promaxis and had very positive feedback about the training they provided.”

He called about training and quickly scheduled a custom one-on-one session with Promaxis’s certified SharePoint trainer.

“Not only was an outline provided, but I was able to ask any questions I had about SharePoint and we were not required to follow the outline,” Glenn said. “The course was very customized to my needs.  They were experts in their field and after several days of training, I left feeling very confident with my new role as a SharePoint Administrator.”

But Promaxis’s support didn’t end there.

“There have been various occasions where I am stumped on something in SharePoint and I can pick up the phone or email the training division and they help immediately with my question,” Glenn said. “I would recommend Promaxis’s IT training for all your training needs.”
